Obituary of Gerald Henry Girling

Peacefully at home in Rodney, surrounded by his family on Saturday, November 29, 2014 Gerald “Gerry” Henry Girling passed away at the age of 68. Loving husband of Kathleen Girling (nee Luttmer). Beloved father of William, Gerry Jr. (Kathy) and Wayne (Susan). Dear grandfather of Robin (Mike), Lila (Shawn), Krystin (Jamie), Matthew and Rebecca. Survived by Great grandchildren Kiara, Braydin, Sierra, Mikkel and Gabriella. Sadly missed by siblings Donald (Mary Lou), Bonnie, Sharon (Gary) Pulham, John (Shirley), Laura (Paul) Fisher, Linda, Robert (Nancy) and Terry (Chris) Schnarr. Predeceased by his brothers William, Stan and Ken. Gerry was well known and respected within the race horse community. Friends will be received at the WEST LORNE CHAPEL OF DENNING FUNERAL DIRECTORS 519-785-0810 on Wednesday, December 3rd from 1:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 3:00 pm.
