Obituary of Betty Grace Purcell

Peacefully at Four Counties Health Services in Newbury on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 Betty Grace Purcell (nee Gilchrist) of Wardsville passed away at the age of 81. Loving wife of the late James “Jim” Purcell. Beloved mother of Chantal (Wayne) McLaughlin. Survived by grandchildren Nicole (Brian) Worthylake, James, Scott and Craig and great grandchildren Jayla, Lexie and Conor. Dear sister of Barbara “Denie” Haggith and Isabel (Abe) Riese. Sadly missed aunt of Cathy, the late Wayne, Terry, Alan, Norman, Karen, Heather and Duncan. Predeceased by her brother Neil Alastair Gilchrist and brother in law Lloyd Haggith. Friends will be received on Friday, April 10th at DENNING’S OF WEST LORNE 519-785-0810 from 12:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 pm with Reverend Deb Dolbear-VanBilson officiating.
