Obituary of Theodorus Hendricus Vandenberg

Peacefully on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, Theodorus "Ted" Hendricus Vandenberg of West Lorne passed away at the age of 91. Loving husband of Evelyn Vandenberg (nee McDonald) for 36 years and the late Catharina Vandenberg (nee Hendriks). Beloved father of Martin (Shirley) of West Lorne, John (Sharon) of Mount Brydges, Annie (Jim) Page of Mount Brydges, Walter (Peggy) of London, Mirjam (Kevin) Hall of Morpeth, Carla (Larry) Okolisan of West Lorne, Ted of London, and daughter in law Karrie of London. Step father of Greg (Janice) Rawnsley of London and Debbie (Bob) Noble of Alma. Survived by 25 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his sons William (1974), Peter (2003), grandson Theo (1987) and step granddaughter Terra (2002). Friends will be received at DENNING'S OF WEST LORNE, 519-785-0810 on Monday, December 14th from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Vigil prayers will be prayed at 9:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Parish, 128 Main Street, West Lorne on Tuesday, December 15th at 11:00 am with Fr. Thomas Kuriacko officiating. Interment to follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
