Obituary of Andreas VanDyk

On June 10, 2023, Andrew M Van Dyk of Bobier Villa in Dutton, formerly of West Lorne and Rodney, passed away peacefully at the age of 73.

Survived by his children Jennifer and Jeremy, his siblings, Harry, Theo, Josina, Mary, John, Elly and George. Predeceased by his sister Joanne and his parents Andrew and Marie Van Dyk. 

Andrew will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. 

Andrew farmed for many years in the West Elgin area and worked at Milner Rigsby. Andrew enjoyed nature with his time outdoors.  At Bobier he enjoyed many years getting to know the residents, playing bingo, and socializing at meals. 

At a later date, there will be a celebration of life for Andrew when he will be buried at St. Mary’s cemetery.
